Service Description

This program teaches you everything you're supposed to know, but no one ever taught you, focusing on making healthy eating a lifestyle rather than a diet that is unsustainable. ​ The personalized package pricing varies based on group or individual and whether or not you choose any of the vitamins and supplements I may recommend. Here are the logistics for our 12 week Program (Individual & Group): ​ Weekly coaching call - The group call is a 1 hour conference call on Zoom each week. At each session, we will discuss the week prior, the video of the week, and plan for the week ahead. A few days before each call you will receive an email from me with a few reminders and a video to watch. They are typically 10 min long. I will also give questions to guide watching/reading and a "tip of the week." We discuss the answers to the questions in our weekly session. The day after each session I will send you an email with "words to the wise"or a mantra to keep in mind for the week You will receive meal plans, grocery lists and recipes that are family friendly. You also get 24/7 access to me through text, emails and calls.

Cancellation Policy

Class reservations open one [1] week in advance at class start time via the Wix app or our online booking system. Class reservations close 45 minutes prior to class start time via the Wix app or our online booking system. The 45-minute close window includes the ability to make reservations. 
 Class reservations can be cancelled up to 45 minutes prior to class start time via the Wix app or our online booking system. The cancellation feature is available the same way reservations are made, via the Wix app or our online booking system.
 If you book a spot in a class and do not cancel your reservation before the 45 minute close window, you will be charged a late cancellation/no show fee of $20. We do not accept phone calls or emails to cancel class reservations at this time. If you are on the waitlist and a spot opens up, you need to add yourself to the class. You will NOT be automatically added. The waitlist will close 15 minutes before class.
