Do you who want to look better, feel better and have more energy with the side effect of weight loss?

Then join my RISE Nutrition 12 week program either by yourself for one-on-one counseling or in a group setting!

This program teaches you everything you're supposed to know, but no one ever taught you, focusing on making healthy eating a lifestyle rather than a diet that is unsustainable.
​
The personalized package pricing varies based on group or individual and whether or not you choose any of the vitamins and supplements I may recommend.
Here are the logistics for our 12 week Program (Individual & Group):

Weekly coaching call - The group call is a 1 hour conference call on Zoom each week. At each session, we will discuss the week prior, the video of the week, and plan for the week ahead.

A few days before each call you will receive an email from me with a few reminders and a video to watch. They are typically 10 min long. I will also give questions to guide watching/reading and a "tip of the week." We discuss the answers to the questions in our weekly session.

The day after each session I will send you an email with "words to the wise"or a mantra to keep in mind for the week

You will receive meal plans, grocery lists and recipes that are family friendly.

You also get 24/7 access to me through text, emails and calls.

Alumni Nutrition Refresher Program
A 4 week refresher group course designed for those who already completed the 12 week Nutrition Program.
This 4 week program will give you a refresher on the foundations of a low glycemic eating lifestyle and give you the group and coaching support each week to discuss obstacles and victories.
You will also have access to our private nutritional support Facebook page that will provide tips, meal ideas as well as give you a confidential place to ask the group questions.
