Darlene is energetic, upbeat and knowledgeable. Her classes are informative as she concentrates on correct form and is in tune to her clients needs. If modifications are needed she knows what to do. For those who want a challenge, she is right there offering heavier weights or suggesting a more challenging move. In short, her classes are never boring and you leave totally satisfied.
